Bruce Caplan: Founder and President
Bruce is a CPA and a Licensed Insolvency Trustee (LIT) with over 25 years of experience in helping people and companies solve their debt problems.
Bruce is the founder of Caplan Debt Solutions. After spending over 25 years as a partner in a national insolvency firm, Bruce decided it was time to venture out and form a boutique insolvency firm of his own. With a very wide range of experience, Bruce can help individuals, businesses, disputing shareholders or partners and financial institutions deal with their debt problems and recover from difficult financial situations. Lynden Maxwell: Senior Estate Administrator
Lynden Maxwell is a senior estate administrator at Caplan Debt Solutions. Lynden is a qualified insolvency counsellor and has been working in the insolvency industry for over 10 years. After working for many years at a national insolvency firm, Lynden decided to explore a new and different career. After a short while she realized that her true calling was helping people recover from unmanageable and stressful financial and personal situations. Lynden has been compassionately helping people repair their financial and personal lives for over a decade and she is excited to continue doing that with Bruce at Caplan Debt Solutions.

Kristen Sinclair has worked in the insolvency industry since 2015. She successfully completed the Insolvency Counselling Course (Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals) in 2020 and will be working towards the Insolvency Administrator’s Course.
Kristen believes that financial counselling is an important part of the financial recovery process as it helps to provide clients with the skills and resources to move forward after a consumer proposal or bankruptcy. Kristen works to help clients develop their budget and set realistic financial goals to help them succeed with their future endeavours.
Family and friends are extremely important to Kristen, and she strives to spend as much time with them as she can. She also enjoys spending her free time reading and working on cross stitch.
